Religious Education Registration

2022-23

Registration for next year’s Religious Education program has begun!

We encourage you to register soon!  If your register and pay by June 1– the tuition has been discounted by $50.

You can register by filling out the forms below and sending via e-mail or dropping off to the parish office.

 

A parish registration form to register as parishioners at St. Joan of Arc. If your are not already registered.

A NEW Family Registration Form for RE

RE New Child Form (please fill out one per child)

A form from the Diocese of Joliet called a Medical Permissions Form (one for each child)
