Whether you’re seeking answers for yourself, looking to invite a friend, or reconnecting with your faith, Alpha is for everyone—parishioners, non-parishioners, and even the younger members of your circle.

Parents, this is a wonderful opportunity to invite teens and young adults in your life to join you! We’re thrilled to be working in cooperation with IMPACT, St. Joan of Arc’s parish youth ministry, to make Alpha a space where people of all ages can feel welcomed and valued.

I just wanted to share a letter to say how truly grateful I am for you bringing The Alpha Program to St. Joan of Arc Lisle. I wasn't sure what to expect out of the program or even what the program was to be honest. The one thing I did know was that I was seeking something bigger than myself and had been for quite some time. I had been sensing something beyond what we see here pulling me in to get a closer relationship with God which I can now only describe as The Holy Spirit. That is just one of the many things I've learned because of attending The Alpha Program.

Nevertheless , I am so much more easily aware of The Holy Spirit now and it is absolutely beautiful. Since Alpha, I have become more patient in every moment giving myself more time for prayer. I've always prayed at any given moment, but now I'm doing it not just for myself and my family, but for many others. I'm praying for friends, neighbors, acquaintances, animals, etc. It's like I can see Jesus in everyone in some way now and that too, is something I've gained from Alpha. The program really created a sense of community unlike one I have felt before. Being a bit of an introverted person, I did not expect to create the friendships that I have and I am very grateful for every person that attended.

Everyone has a piece of my heart.

I will recommend the Alpha program as well as the Alpha Retreat to everyone!

It was a truly moving experience to have now been prayed over and something I will cherish forever.

Last but certainly not least, the program has brought my first born son and myself closer and that means everything to this Mom. He too absolutely loved the program.
