Pastoral Ministers of Care

Trained Ministers of Care are pastoral ministers who visit the sick, elderly, physically or emotionally challenged in hospitals, nursing homes, and individual homes.

These ministers pray with them and bring them Holy Communion. Being a Minister of Care means being an active participant within the community of believers who live and pray in the belief that suffering and death have meaning in Jesus.

Mass is celebrated monthly at the local Brookdale Senior Care facility, and the Holy Eucharist is brought to the residents of this facility on a weekly basis.
